Position Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and administrative tasks? Evervista Partners is seeking a Engagement Support to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and document management. 

  2. Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 

  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data. 

  4. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales proposals and presentations. 

  5. Assist in coordinating sales meetings and maintaining calendars. 

  6. Handle general office tasks, such as phone calls and email correspondence.


Key Qualifications: 

  1. Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is a plus. 

  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  3. Proficiency in using office software, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and other sales-related software tools.

  4. Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records, generating reports, and managing sales-related documentation.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
