Position Overview
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for IT solutions and support? Evervista Partners is seeking an IT Support to join our team. As an IT Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly, providing technical support to employees, and contributing to IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and security, and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Assist in IT project planning and implementation.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and knowledge resources.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support and administration.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Have the ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
